1) Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund policy for purchases. If you're not satisfied or you're facing issues that we cannot resolve, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days.
- We may ask for details to understand the issue and speed up processing.
- Our priority is always to fix the issue first.
2) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Subject line: “Request a Refund”
- Include your Order ID + a short description of the issue

3) Conditions for Refunds
- 7-day rule: Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- 48-hour technical rule: If a technical issue makes the service unusable and we can't fix it within 48 hours, we may issue a full refund.
- Card refunds timing: Card refunds may take 20 to 31 working days to appear, and sometimes up to 90 days depending on the payment provider.
4) Partial Refunds
After the first 7 days, full refunds are not normally available. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
Partial refunds (if approved) are evaluated case-by-case.
5) When Refunds Are NOT Eligible
Refunds may not be approved in these situations:
- Setup problems: Issues caused by personal device configuration or setup mistakes (we can still help you fix it).
- Temporary buffering/freezing: Often related to internet fluctuations, ISP limits, or short maintenance.
- Single channel/server issues: If a specific channel has an issue, we work to fix it fast. If it lasts over 48 hours, we may compensate by refund or extending time (depending on the case).
